“I lost my dad 10 years ago… a toolkit like this could have saved his life. This book could have given me and my family some tools to open up the conversation about his depression and focusing on just one reason rather than him falling deeper into his darkness.”
– E.Stone

Stuart Oneill recounts that “a number of years ago I’d had enough. I’d left my note. I was ready to check out… but i didn’t. I was lucky because that night i came up with a reason not to. That’s all i needed.

… Just One Reason… and so it became the name of this book.

This book is by far the most important project I’ve ever worked on in my life.”

It’s aimed directly at young men. It’s designed to help them in their hour of need. It’s written by a man from personal experience. It’s the sort of book that you give to a friend, a loved one, or someone in your family.
Every 39 seconds somewhere in the world someone is taking their life. It’s usually a male.

This needs to change.

2020 and Covid-19 has brought on a whole new set of circumstances worldwide where people are suiciding more than ever.

When that moment arises and you need help, this book is your lifesaver.

This book will be a game changer in the suicide prevention space, however this project needs as many helpers as possible.

The book has been written by me photographed, designed, edited, and printed in English. Our aim is to get this book global and the only way to do that is translation.

We need this book in Spanish, Mandarin, French, German, Russian, Arabic, Japanese – every language we can possibly think of.

Please check out our Book Packs and have a look at what you can comfortably afford. If you can afford many but are unsure where or how to distribute, we can take care of this for you.

The books are in stock. They’ll get dispatched immediately.

“Just One Reason” is a book for life… Your life. Someone else’s life.

Please help save lives today.

Thank you.

– Stuart Oneill

'Don't try to cover things up': Shane Tuck's father's mental health plea in wake of son's death -2020-07-22

As a lifelong Richmond Football Club fan, it’s so sad to learn one of my favourite ever footballers Shane Tuck, opted to end his life this week. The article from his father should be compulsory reading!
